Big thanks to Kathy Neave for the great photos and Leah Speck for writing this post, including the captions. Even bigger thanks to everyone who particpated in this year’s March!
On Sunday May 6 Neave Group participated in their 5th consecutive March of Dimes March for Babies fundraiser. The event was held at the Walkway over the Hudson in Poughkeepsie, NY where we had a beautiful day for our three mile walk.
There were over 1,500 people that participated in the event this year and Neave Group raised over $1,000 for the charity. There was plenty of entertainment for everyone – coffee & pastries for the adults, & bouncy houses & snow cones for the kids.
The March of Dimes is an incredible organization and Neave Group is proud to participate in this event every year!

At Neave Group we believe it’s important to give back to our local communities. This ideal permeates our entire company. Recently, Wade McReynolds, our Maintenance Division Manager, requested that we give our support to Poughkeepsie’s Italian Center by assisting them in resurfacing their aging bocce courts.
Wade volunteered his Saturday afternoon to coordinate the project while Neave Group donated the necessary materials.
Nice work, Wade!
As you can read below, play has already begun on the newly renovated courts and the Italian Center is hopeful they will be hosting future bocce league tournament play. Remember to invite us!

What is the first step in achieving a lush, healthy, green lawn? Water! We all need it to survive. The same is true for our lawns.
