Neave Landscaping is one of over 40 Landscaping firms in
the United States to enter the Pro Training challenge. For
52 weeks we train our employees on a variety of subjects
involving the landscape field. Not only is this an exciting
challenge for our company, but it gives our current
employees more education. The best part about this challenge
is the added benefits to our clients. More training
translates to better service and increased efficiency. We
are proud to take part in this exciting challenge as we
enter the new millennium.
We have weekly employee meetings and
training sessions where division leaders and foremen discuss
and train our employees in their areas of specialty.
We attend seminars, conferences and
management classes regularly, learning new concepts in pest
management, turf grass, irrigation, new computer software,
etc. that help us better serve our clients. Keeping up with
the industry enables us to find better supplies and
contacts. This means lower prices for our clients.
Our management team participates in
conferences attended by the top landscape executives in the
country. These conferences along with many other programs
have helped us fine tune our skills in landscape design and
general business.
Scott Neave has earned the professional
ranks of Certified Landscape Technician and
Certified Landscape Professional from the Associated
Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA). All candidates must
pass all the common core tests as well as challenges in
selected specialty areas.
Having NYS Certified applicators on staff
assures our clients they have qualified individuals applying
pesticides on their property. Knowing this should ease the
minds of our clients since pesticides can be a very
sensitive issue.
Neave Landscaping has consistently earned
safety awards, the most recent being the S*T*A*R*S Safe
Company Award (Safety Training Achieves Remarkable Success)
presented by the ALCA. |
