Seasonally Scheduled Maintenance and Service:
Our professional
staff can customize a seasonal maintenance program
specifically for your irrigation system’s needs. This can be
as often as a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visit which
includes checking your clock for proper watering times (dependent
upon seasonal weather patterns and current conditions),
proper head adjustments, breaks or malfunctions and checking
your lawn and plant materials to make sure they are getting
enough water and also make sure they aren’t getting too much
water and wasting it.
Simple programs:
Spring Turn on: The harsh winter in the
Northeast can cause many problems with your system. Our
technicians are trained to go through a procedure of system
checks to look for signs of damage and potential problems.
Our technicians will check that all heads, valves and pipe
are in proper working order including spray direction, clogs
and damage. Your timers are set for proper watering
sequences and time according to where they are and what they
are watering. Our technicians also take into consideration
your topography, system capabilities, water flow or gallons
per minute, system pressure and numerous other system
checks. A homeowner or inexperienced irrigation company does
not have the experience or capabilities to ensure your
system is running its best.
Fall Shutdown/Blowout: In the fall your system should
be blown out (lines cleared of water) by a
professional and experienced company. The fall is a critical
time to be sure your lines are blown out completely and
thoroughly to avoid winter ice breaks and seizing of your
pipes and connections. Applying too much pressure with an
improperly calibrated air compressor while blowing out the
lines can also cause damage to your system. Not enough
pressure and your system will not be winterized properly.
Service: Call us anytime if you are
experiencing problems with any part of your system and we
will be there right away to get your system operational, and
have it running smoothly and efficiently in no time.
