Staff Training
An educated workforce drives our mission.
We train our employees weekly on a variety of subjects involving the landscape field, including safety, proper operation of equipment, proper horticultural and construction practices, specific job and division training, and many other topics.
Our designers and management attend seminars, conferences and management classes regularly, learning new concepts in pest management, turf grass, irrigation, computer software, construction, best business practices, etc. Keeping up with new technology and industry trends enables us to find stay a step ahead by learning new techniques, better suppliers and priceless contacts. This means better value for our clients.
